Shipping policy

At the present time Prestige Minky only ships to the contiguous United States, plus Hawaii and Alaska. We ship mostly via UPS Ground, while also utilizing USPS Priority Mail for some items. Tracking is provided for both services. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is accommodated, though an additional shipping charge is added to any orders going to these two states. Shipping times are normally quick but may vary depending on weather and other factors out of our control (such as shipper resources being stressed during certain holidays).

Prestige Minky is not to be held responsible for orders that are shipped to a customer-provided address that is incorrect. The company will do what we can to aid the customer in locating the shipment if possible, but no refunds will be issued in such a case.

Prestige Minky will not be held liable for orders lost during shipment or delivered to the wrong address by the shipper. If a shipment received has been damaged, the customer may contact the company, who may work with the shipper on an appropriate resolution, which may include, but is not limited to, a refund to the customer, either in part or whole.
