Refund policy

Because Prestige Minky does most of our business via custom work, our return/refund policy is restricted and handled on a case-by-case basis. Due to the fact that we rely on accurate information from the customer regarding dimensions and/or desired minky used, we do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges upon completion of a custom order. Once 1) a product pattern and/or mock-up has been agreed upon, 2) a payment made, and 3) work on the custom project has begun, the order is considered in its completion phase and any funds already collected by the company cannot be refunded. Once a custom order has been shipped it cannot be returned or refunded. If there are issues relating to quality of workmanship or defaults in the minky itself, the customer may contact the company within 180 days of receipt of their custom order to request a resolution.

Prestige Minky may also offer items on our website that are Ready to Ship, meaning that they have been pre-produced and are shown as is, and are ready to be shipped immediately upon ordering. The sales on some of these items, such as holiday-related items, are considered final and may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Items of a more generic nature may be eligible to be returned for a refund. The customer would need to contact the company within 90 days of receiving the item to inquire about a refund. Returning the item in question would be done at the customer's expense.

Sales on any company-discounted items are considered final and are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
